   No account is required. You can contact suppliers straight from their listings. 

1. Are suppliers vetted or verified?
   Listings are self-managed by businesses. PSD encourages verified info, but customers should confirm details directly. 

1. How do I know if a supplier is available on my event date?
   Check their listing or message them directly to confirm dates and availability. Using the enquiry form on the listing allows you to select the date required and saves time. 

1. Can I compare prices between suppliers?
   Yes. You can view multiple suppliers and compare them 

1. How can I leave feedback about a supplier?
   Contact PSD via our form to submit feedback. Reviews will be added as we expand features.

   This feature is coming soon. For now, you can bookmark listings in your browser. 

1. Is my contact information shared with anyone else?
   Your details go only to the suppliers you contact. PSD doesn’t sell data.

   Not yet, but the website works perfectly on mobile devices.

   Yes. You can contact several suppliers to build your event lineup. 

1. How soon should I book for a summer or holiday event?
   Book early at least 4–6 weeks ahead to secure your preferred suppliers.

   Prices are set by suppliers and may vary. Confirm costs directly before booking.

   Yes, each listing has a “Send Message” or “Contact” button.

   Basic listings start from just £2 per week, billed annually. 

1. What’s included in a basic listing?
   Business name, mini website, description, photos, contact info, and local search visibility (SEO). 

1. Do I pay any commission or per-lead fees?
   No. PSD charges a flat listing fee suppliers keep 100% of bookings. 

1. Can I upgrade or downgrade my listing later?
   Yes, you can change or cancel your plan anytime. 

1. How do I upload photos and videos?
   Once registered, log in to your dashboard and add media under “Edit Listing.” 

1. Can I edit my listing anytime?
   Yes, you can update text, prices, and photos whenever you like. 

1. How long does it take for my listing to go live?
   Usually within 24 hours after submission and payment.
